|Recommended: YesGood place to leave. — Beautiful place to leave in the town of Fitchburg. Really, professional, organize, and overall a really clean environment and place. One Subjection in my humble opinion is maybe the parking sometimes can be a little overwhelm. Specially during the weekend. Maybe if residents have their assign parking spot will be a little better but even tho that is not a big problem its just a subjection.

|Recommended: YesReview — Too Much noise is constantly unchecked - Too many people smoking right outside exits and not picking up their butts and too many people walking their pets without cleaning up after their pets. Too many people drinking and throwing small bottles and not picking the bottles up. Inside floors were changed from carpeting to Wood floors adding to the Noise level in the hallways - and the need for constant cleaning due to the spread of dirt and salt from the exterior. Although the staff try their best - they just cannot keep up with the cleaning -
Not enough parking for even one car per - Space - and when we have a snow event there are no overflow spaces to park in - so the disabled and elderly have to move their cars or drive around for hours while the parking is cleaned.
Maintenance is on top of every concern of care for the renters' needs.
Staff is friendly and helpful - but the current - neighbors are loud and no one seems to be able to keep them quiet during the sleeping hours - from 11 PM - 7 AM.
Construction - had been in the past able to keep noises - and noise levels to a minimum - but currently there are lots of noises heard - I am not sure if it is just a change from carpet to wood flooring in the halls.
We are sorry to hear you are not happy here at Riverside Commons. We do our best to tackle all noise complaints, however if we aren't told about them, we can't help in resolving them.
