What are your application requirements?

We require a household income of at least 3x the rent amount.  We also conduct credit, criminal, and rental background checks.

What fees/deposits are due upon applying? Moving in?

Riverside Commons does not charge an application fee; however, we do require 10% of the security deposit when you submit your application. The remaining portion of the security deposit, which equals one month's rent, along with the first month's rent, is due prior to moving in.

Are utilities included?

Rent includes gas, water, sewer, and trash services. The heating source is gas, but tenants are responsible for the electric heat pump,

Is renter's insurance required?

Yes.  We require our residents to have liability insurance with coverage of at least $100,000.  It is the responsibility of the resident to obtain and pay for the renter's insurance.

What are the hours of the leasing office?

Our leasing office is open Monday-Friday  8:00am -4:00pm

What Amenities does each apartment have?

Each unit includes washer and dryer hookups (note: dryers must be ventless), a dishwasher, an electric stove, and central air conditioning and heating.

What is a ventless Drier

A ventless dryer constantly recirculates air through the drum to pick up moisture from the clothes, then condenses the moisture later in the process through a heat exchanger. This contrasts with vented dryers, which push hot humid air outside through a dryer vent.

Are there laundry facilities in the community?

We do have a shared laundry room.

Do you have security?

Yes, we have security patrols on duty.
